We will guide you gently through the various phases of a Movement Cycle. It may include a combination of structured exercises, verbal guidance, time to just dance and explore along with supportive music and time to settle back.
Sometimes we have powerful experiences on the dance floor, and sometimes we simply have a great time dancing. Sometimes we are deeply connected to ourselves, and sometimes we are simply practising.
