What is Marion´s Yoga?
Marion’s yoga encourages you to find new and healthy movements, to widen your range of capacity and freedom in the body, with self-care and trust.
Marion’s classes experience body and breath as a resource and a gateway to connect to yourself.
The classes are inspired by years of meditation, conscious movement, and bodywork, which helps students stay present in their bodies with awareness of their minds.
What to expect?
We practice yoga postures focusing on breath and healthy alignment with supporting materials that allow a therapeutical movement.
Marion gives clear and precise guidelines on arranging the body to move with ease, stability, flexibility, and breath awareness.
Each class is devoted to a specific topic and body parts for a deeper exploration.
Every class ends with relaxation poses to integrate and deepen the experience.

ONE ON ONE SESSION
A one on one session may improve your bodywork and deepen your understanding of your practice. It can also bring more awareness to specific topics that might arise and creative ways to work with them.
