What is Marion´s Yoga?

Marion’s yoga encour­ages you to find new and healthy movements, to widen your range of capac­ity and freedom in the body, with self-care and trust.

Marion’s classes experi­ence body and breath as a resource and a gateway to connect to yourself.

The classes are inspired by years of medita­tion, conscious movement, and bodywork, which helps students stay present in their bodies with aware­ness of their minds.

What to expect?

We practice yoga postures focus­ing on breath and healthy align­ment with support­ing materi­als that allow a thera­peu­ti­cal movement.

Marion gives clear and precise guide­lines on arrang­ing the body to move with ease, stabil­ity, flexi­bil­ity, and breath awareness.

Each class is devoted to a specific topic and body parts for a deeper exploration.

Every class ends with relax­ation poses to integrate and deepen the experience.

ONE ON ONE SESSION

A one on one session may improve your bodywork and deepen your under­stand­ing of your practice. It can also bring more aware­ness to specific topics that might arise and creative ways to work with them.
